These are like a collision of cultures and moments. The traveller becomes stationary and it is the world around him that moves. Instead of travelling around the world the world travels around the photographer and it is these moments you capture and show". As part of 'Mo.tion', The Foundry will show short films by independent film maker Matthew Schroder and artist Natalia Szostak including the award-winning music video "Window" featuring up and coming Polish artist Bajzel. Location: Nr Cleveland Avenue
Event details: There is currently a lack of mature trees within the area. The expansion of Lymdale Business Park, less than a mile away has unfortunatley given the residents an outlook of large industrial units on the horizon. On the day there will be mass planting of mixed shrub species and trees (willow, ash, field maple, birch and wild cherry). The fence that currently forms a barrier to the elongated area of open space alongside Cleveland Road should be removed to help provide both a more interesting route through this area.
